GPS KITE GEOTEAMING
INTRODUCTION
Our unique and customized GPS Kite Geoteaming program is one of our most fun, creative & popular team building activities that combines the latest technologies with outdoor adventure to create a high-tech treasure hunt!
Based on the international sport of geocaching, GPS Geoteaming offers a unique, exciting & dynamic team building adventure for groups of all sizes in a number of scenic locations around Thailand and Taiwan.
A fast-paced, high energy & immensely fun activity that creates trust, cooperation, builds new relationships and requires teams to think outside the box!
For our full day unique GPS Geoteaming Kite Building Workshop, teams hunt for hidden kite parts required to make the famous magical flying machines!
Having successful located all the kite parts, teams experience the creative joys of decorating and flying the kites in a beautiful outdoor setting, most typically a beach or park area.
What better way to experience first class team building than combining creative teamwork with the beautiful outdoors with our unique and popular GPS Kite Geoteaming workshop!
DETAILS
Working in teams of typically 3-8 participants depending on your groups size, each team is given a high-tech iPad or GPS receiver (depending on event location) together with their race pack and other key items required to complete the team building challenge.
Using their collective teamwork, navigation & strategy skills teams need to navigate to the various checkpoints and either complete a challenge or collect an item hidden nearby.
Teams race against time to successfully complete as many checkpoints as possible and return to the finish line before the deadline.
After lunch teams work together to assemble their kites and brainstorm a design theme that best represents their company, team spirit & team building journey.
Final presentations are delivered with teamwork learning's & feedback to the larger group before we enjoy the fun final session flying the amazing and colorful kites!
Lots of fun and always a beautiful setting in a wonderful location that is popular with participants!
EVENT LOCATIONS
Activity locations for the customized GPS Kite Geoteaming program are similar to our Amazing Race venues with a fairly large outdoor area with interesting & scenic surroundings required to set up 10-15 checkpoint course.
The venue also needs to be suitable for kite flying with an unobstructed area that permits kite flying.
In Taiwan our most popular venue is based on the North Coast of Taiwan, 1hr from Taipei, in a wonderful coastal scenic area with historic old barracks and magnificent ocean views providing for a wonderful checkpoint course. The local seafood lunch is another event highlight and a beautiful nearby beach is used to fly the kites.
In Thailand it's hard to beat the tropical beaches of Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi, Koh Lanta and elsewhere which are not only perfect kite flying venues but offer world-class scenery & accommodation to deliver a wonderful team building package!
Chiang Mai, Hua Hin and parks in Bangkok are also excellent event locations.
