Participants break into Hungry Chef Teams of 4-8 members and with their complimentary chef’s hats & aprons, work together to design a 3-dish menu,
shop for ingredients using a set budget in the nearby local markets & prepare their teams meal using the cooking equipment and seasonings provided by IMA, all within a set time.
Each team presents their meal to the group in a nice lunch or dinner setting to be enjoyed by all participants and judged on originality, difficulty, presentation & taste by the other
team members as well as our guest professional chef on hand to assist with preparation & cooking and the final judging.
A fun & highly effective teambuilding activity that facilitates: Teamwork, creativity, leadership, role delegation, trust, communication, & thinking outside the box.....Bon appétit!!
