INTRODUCTION
Let the games begin! Our customized Battle of the Teams Outdoor Team Building Program encourages team participants to work together to be crowned the Battle of the Teams Champion!
A super fun half day team building program that is great as a retreat or conference ice-breaking activity to welcome participants and also tailor-made as a standalone activity.
The Battle of the Teams programs combines both large group and smaller group rotation activities that stimulates effective personal and group teamwork, communication, problem solving, trust, cooperation, leadership, mutual support, thinking outside the box and of course a serious amount of fun in a highly stimulating and interactive environment!
Competitive yet lighthearted activities in a beautiful outdoor beach or park setting serve to break down barriers inherent in the workplace, fostering healthier relationships and enhancing effective teamwork and create bonds that last long after the games and laughter are over.
All activities are geared towards reinforcing a winning attitude towards a common goal, with non-stop laughter throughout.

DETAILS
The Battle of the Teams program commences with a warm group welcome & quick program introduction followed by a fun large group ice breaking activity to set the tone for an awesome event!
Next participants break into their teams (either pre-designated allocated randomly on the day) and collectively brainstorm a team name, chant and design their colorful Battle of the Team face paint decorations!
Once set, the starting gun goes and the Battle of the Teams commences with teams rotating through a number of short team building activities as teams aim for maximum points and the fastest times in their quest for glory!
Some of the fun energizing activities include:
- Centipede Walk
- Pipeline
- Minefield
- Number Punch
- Zoom & Re-zoom
- Toxic Waste
- And lots of fun surprises!
Teams accumulate activity points as well as bonus points throughout the activity. The program concludes with a 'Grand Finale' surprise activity before the Battle of the Teams awards and prize giving ceremony!

EVENT LOCATIONS
The Battle of the Teams Team Building Activity is a dynamic program that can be customized to almost any location with a large enough space throughout our main delivery areas of Taiwan and Thailand. The program can also be customized in length and activity content to best suit your schedule and objectives to deliver a dynamic 60 minute to half day program in a number of exciting locations.
The outdoor based Battle of the Teams program can also be delivered indoors via our Team Building Initiatives & Incentives Workshop which is similar in concept but customized for an indoor space and slightly different structure of team building activities depending on the available indoor space.
For the outdoors, popular locations include:

As part of the team building process we also manage any necessary permit applications required for the chosen event venue.
